Fiberglass mesh
Fiberglass mesh is used in insulation systems as a reinforcing layer external plaster, it is meant to prevent it from cracking and the appearance of cracks during usage.
Our meshes are made from the highest quality European glass fiber and it is suitable in reinforcement for all types of plasters, mineral and synthetic. We offer a wide range of meshes of various weights and usage.
Meshes with a lower weight are used in the reinforcement of internal gypsum plaster. Perfectly suited also for external plaster for facades of complicated shapes, such as historic buildings.
We also offer mesh, reinforced with higher weights used to reinforce screed floor, plinths and places subject to frequent mechanical damage.
Our mesh are produced in the European Union, they have Polish as well as European technical approval. In production we use raw materials with the highest performance which guarantee excellent quality and consistency of the product. All the mesh are impregnated, which gives them properties of alkali resistant, so that the mesh retains its performance in highly aggressive environments construction chemicals. For companies producing their own insulation system we produce a mesh in any color and with the logotype.

Fiberglass mesh FF1
Mesh FF1 is designed for floor screed reinforcement and cement and lime plasters. Large mesh sizes 13x13 mm simplify the sinking of mesh in concrete. The conventional method of reinforcement screed floor using trusses made of steel wire is inconvenient to assemble and expensive to transport. The dimensions and weight of steel trusses forces us to use heavy transport, which as we know it is expensive one. If you use mesh FF1 this problem will not concern you. Small size and light weight allows for a quick and easy installation and avoid the high cost of heavy transport. One roll of net FF1 weighs about 6 kg and it reinforces 50 m2 of floor. Mesh FF1 is also used for the reinforcement of lintels instead of mesh made of a steel wire, because of the corrosive properties. For the production of mesh were used materials of the highest quality, so that the product has excellent technical parameters. Mesh has the properties of alkali resistant which guarantees a permanent reinforcement.

Fiberglas mesh FF3 universal
Mesh FF 3 universal, the most commonly used inside buildings for gypsum plasters. Thanks to its flexibility mesh FF 3 was also used in the reinforcement of bituminous mass, for example: as a reinforcement of bituminous lagging conduit. Mesh has the properties of alkali resistant which guarantees a permanent reinforcement.

Fiberglass mesh FF 4 – heavy duty 330g
Mesh FF4 is designed for usage in insulation systems ETICS, often it is used in areas exposed to mechanical damage, for example: plinths of buildings, loading ramps, etc. Thanks to its enhanced mesh structure FF4 fits perfectly to reinforcing layer facade with stone tiles, which, due to their weight require reinforcement capable of withstanding greater pressure. Reinforcement of industrial floor screed with large surfaces for mesh FF 4 is not a problem. Thanks to this kind of reinforcement we do not have to worry about cracks the surfaces of the floor. The conventional method of reinforcement screed floor using trusses made of steel wire is inconvenient to assemble and expensive to transport, moreover weight of steel trusses forces us to use heavy transport, which as we know it is expensive one. Fiberglass mesh FF 6
Mesh FF6 is designed for reinforcing interior plaster and stucco facade. Thanks to its flexibility and durability is ideal for reinforcement of complicated shapes of the facade of historic buildings. Mesh FI 6 used for internal plastering work eliminates the formation of cracks during the fast drying of surface.
