Perforated aluminium corner


Perforated Aluminium corner used to hedge the corners of walls made of plasterboard.  It ensures quick and esthetic finish of the edge.  Corner occurs in different thicknesses, depending on the application and needed strength:  thickness of 0.3 mm with a wing 19x19, 0.35 mm thickness  with a wing 23x23 mm and a thickness of 0.35 mm with a wing  25x25 mm.

We recommend the last one because of its strength and stability.

Montege


Place profile in the desired location, which previously has been coated with a suitable putty, after pressing the corner it should get out through the holes drilled in the profile. Then we align putty flush evenly with the edge of the corner and leave to dry.

Perforated aluminum corner – obtuse angle 135


Obtuse angle corner used when connecting plasterboard to protect against cracking and to obtain straightness.

Montage

Aluminum corner for gips plaster, - NTG


Corner is made of aluminum sheet.  It is used to finish and protect the corners of the walls during carrying out wet plaster.  Especially recommended for use in environments with high humidity and acidity (eg. Gypsum plaster).

Aluminum corner with mesh


Aluminum corner with a fiberglass mesh, used in thermal insulation systems to reinforce the corners of buildings, allows for a smooth and straight finishing of the polystyrene edge . Corner occurs in different thicknesses and with different mesh widths, depending on the use and needs strength: thickness of 0.3 mm with a wing 19x19, 0.35 mm thickness with a wing 23x23 mm. We recommend the latter because of its strength and stability.

Montage


Place profile in the desired location, which previously has been coated with a suitable glue. After pressed against on the profile, glue should infiltrate out through the bores and the mesh. Then we align glue flush to the edge of the corner and leave to dry.

Aluminum half-corner – ALP


Perforated Aluminium hlf-corner used to hedge the corners of walls made of plasterboard. The useage of this profile ensures the finishing straight line and solid protection from mechanical damage.

Socle profile


Aluminium socle profiles used in insulation board panels to protect the system from impacts on the lowest parts of it. Aluminum based, thickness 0,6 mm.
